As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Office Manager who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-growing environment. You will play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly and taking an important role in HR, Finance and Administration, while contributing to a well-organized and positive workplace as Tryve continues to grow in Europe.
Role and Responsibilities
You will be an essential person in helping us achieve our ambitious growth by supporting our people, operations and internal processes, ensuring the organization runs efficiently.
- Payroll & HR Administration: Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in close collaboration with an external payroll service provider. You manage HR administration such as contracts, documentation and employee records, and act as a reliable point of contact for HR-related questions.
- People Development & Wellbeing: Supporting onboarding and training plans and help create a positive employee experience. By organizing team events and wellbeing initiatives, you actively contribute to employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Facilities & Fleet Management: Managing the company fleet and coordinate office facilities to ensure a smooth and safe working environment. You proactively address operational needs and liaise with external suppliers when required.
- Finance Support: Handling invoicing and follow up on collections, supporting basic financial administration. You work closely with the practice leads and accountant to ensure financial processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Managing post, travel arrangements and day-to-day administrative tasks. You bring structure and clarity to internal processes and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Office Experience & Reception: Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues, creating a welcoming and professional first impression. You ensure the Belgian office remains organized, efficient and a pleasant place to work.
Skills and Experience
- Solid understanding of business and administrative processes. Experience with HR, finance and office management tools (e.g. payroll platforms, Odoo, or SaaS tools such as monday.com) is a strong plus
- 3–5 years of experience in an office management, operations, HR administration or similar coordination role
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and act as a reliable point of contact for employees
- A positive, solution-oriented mindset. You see challenges as opportunities and take ownership of resolving them
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
