Your role
In this role, you combine account management with customer success. You are the main point of contact for your customers and help them get as much value as possible from their monday.com investment.
In practice, this means you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and support them in achieving their goals with monday.com
- Identify growth and expansion opportunities with existing accounts and guide customers through that journey
- Lead conversations around contract renewals and commercial agreements, always with a long-term partnership in mind
- Actively participate in account management initiatives that strengthen the customer experience, such as customer events, roundtables, and webinars
- Educate and support customers through trainings and demos, helping them stay up to date with the latest monday.com features and best practices
- Work closely with sales and marketing, contributing to Tryve’s overall commercial growth
What you bring
- You have a passion for digital tools and understand how smart digital processes help organizations move forward
- Experience with monday.com or a similar SaaS solution is a strong plus
- You have at least two years of experience in account management, project management, customer success, or a comparable client-facing role
- You speak fluent Dutch and English (required)
- You bring a positive mindset, see challenges as opportunities, and approach every customer interaction with empathy and energy
