Your role

In this role, you combine account management with customer success. You are the main point of contact for your customers and help them get as much value as possible from their monday.com investment.

In practice, this means you will:

What you bring

  • You have a passion for digital tools and understand how smart digital processes help organizations move forward
  • Experience with monday.com or a similar SaaS solution is a strong plus
  • You have at least two years of experience in account management, project management, customer success, or a comparable client-facing role
  • You speak fluent Dutch and English (required)
  • You bring a positive mindset, see challenges as opportunities, and approach every customer interaction with empathy and energy
