As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Experienced Consultant monday.com to join our team of consultants. Someone that likes to transform customer challenges into fantastic solutions. Equipped with a love for technology, a good understanding of business logic and a sense of customer centricity, you will play a fundamental role in the onboarding of our customers and keeping them happy for a lifetime.

Role and Responsibilities

End-to-end responsibility over the implementation of our professional services offering
Build strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their success with monday.com
Serve as the main point of contact throughout onboarding and also liaison between clients and the rest of the monday.com team
Collaborate with customers to build their most time-sensitive workflows into monday.com
Think along with the company and share your ideas and thoughts

Skills and Experience

At least 2 years of experience as a consultant in SaaS implementations or Business Process Analysis
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility
Passion for digital transformation and business processes
Positive attitude, empathy and high energy
Great time management skills with the ability to manage several ongoing projects
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
Creative and collaborative mindset
Fluent in Dutch and English, German or French is a plus
