To support our ambitions, we’re looking for a passionate Growth Marketer to join the team. In this role, you will support the translation of our corporate strategy into a marketing strategy and plan, drive lead generation through online and offline campaigns, oversee content marketing in collaboration with a performance marketing agency, and drive social media engagement across all platforms.

Role and Responsibilities

You will be an essential person for helping us achieve our ambitious goals. From initiating campaigns to deal closing, and everything in between.

Lead generation: Design and execute industry-specific campaigns across multiple channels (email, social, content, paid media, etc.) to drive qualified leads for our sales teams in Benelux, France, DACH and Iberia.
Content Marketing: Create and distribute content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, etc.) that drives inbound traffic and improves our SEO and GEO positioning. Stay close to the different teams and the business to develop a feel for what content resonates and is relevant.
Event Management: Support local teams in selecting, planning and executing events (virtual and in-person) to generate leads, nurture customer relationships and increase our brand awareness as a leading monday.com partner.
Employer Branding: Support our HR team in giving visibility to the events, culture, and people that make Tryve a great place to work. Handle the branding of internal events and find creative ways to showcase our team, both internally and externally.
Social Media Management: Manage our social media platforms to boost audience engagement, while increasing visibility and driving conversions with both our target customers and potential employees.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, the Tryve management team, agencies and freelancers to ensure alignment and effective execution of your marketing initiatives.
Growth Strategy: Support the translation of corporate strategy into a marketing strategy and plan, providing strategic input on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Identify opportunities for growth through rapid experimentation and testing, which is already part of our company DNA.
Partner Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the monday.com Partner Marketing team to prepare the yearly marketing plan, manage the budget, manage the Marketing Development Funds (MDF) received from monday.com and ensure marketing efforts are aligned with mutual goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a growth or digital marketing role, with a strong focus on lead generation marketing and preferably in the SaaS sector
A strategic thinker with an experimental mindset and a passion for driving measurable results
Strong ability to analyze marketing performance and optimize for growth
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience collaborating with external agencies and internal teams
Proficient in marketing automation platforms, able to make designs in platforms such as Canva or Adobe, familiar with CRM, and social media management platforms
Fluent in English and Dutch – French, German or Spanish is a plus.
