What is the reason for this transition?
Idalko and Tryve are part of the same group, and we’re bringing all monday.com services together under the Tryve brand. This creates one unified team and a single point of support for all customers – with complete continuity in your contacts, projects, and daily workflows.
When will the transition occur/ finalize?
The integration of the Idalko monday.com team into Tryve will take place during December. The transition for both the team and customers will be fully finalized by the end of 2025.
What happens with ongoing projects?
All ongoing projects continue as planned. Customers will be informed personally by their account manager or consultant about any relevant next steps.
Will this transition affect pricing or invoicing?
Your current agreements and ongoing projects remain under the conditions you have today. If future hourly rates or offerings change, we will inform you clearly and well in advance.
Will the support process change?
Your usual Idalko contacts remain your primary point of contact. Over time, some support processes may align with Tryve’s workflows, but we will guide you through any changes to ensure a smooth experience.
Is my data safe during this transition?
Yes. Your data remains fully protected. All processes follow strict GDPR standards and monday.com security best practices. There is no change to where or how your data is stored.
